The Sales Manager/Director is responsible for establishing the Sales team strategy, structure, processes and measurements to help drive revenue growth; develop strategic initiatives for targeted markets and help drive the Company’s direction to achieve long term success across all sales territories, world-wide. Key metrics of this position include: deals closed, lead generation, close rate ratio, outbound to lead ratio, total inbound/outbound calls, total new sales revenue, total number of new sales and average revenue per deal measured daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
