The Sales Manager/Director is responsible for establishing the Sales team strategy, structure, processes and measurements to help drive revenue growth; develop strategic initiatives for targeted markets and help drive the Company’s direction to achieve long term success across all sales territories, world-wide. Key metrics of this position include: deals closed, lead generation, close rate ratio, outbound to lead ratio, total inbound/outbound calls, total new sales revenue, total number of new sales and average revenue per deal measured daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly.

You will lead a team of Sales Reps and Solutions Specialists responsible for closing system generated leads as well as cold calling prospects. This individual must believe in “what gets measured, gets done” and live inside our sales CRM maximizing revenue.

  • Assess, define and implement a world-class inside sales organization structure
  • Coach, mentor, manage and lead a high performing team of Sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets

Marca Global is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, laser focused on growth marketing, to implement conventional and unconventional marketing techniques for acquiring and engaging existing clients. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of utilizing traditional marketing and product/analytical skills. This person thrives in a Startup environment, only thinks about growth, and can learn from data analytics and understand what in our products help retain and attract new clients. With a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Marketing team, supporting teams (such as developers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

  • Deriving insight reporting from analytics/data
  • Ongoing SEO strategy and execution for sites before/after launch with tangible SERP results. Local and long-tail. Site crawls, evaluations and analysis to assist UX team

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
