2) Be Considerate
Do good and help others. Make others look and feel good.
Go beyond the expected. The old adage, “under promise and over deliver” applies here.
4) Be Reliable and Consistent
Follow through on your commitments. Reliability and consistency in your actions builds a culture of trust.
5) Act with Decency
Be respectful of others. Place a high premium on inclusive and ethical behavior.
